Congratulations to all of those who took part in this year’s Windsor Half Marathon. I think that you will all agree that the weather was a lot more “runner friendly” this year than last (although a little more sunshine would have been welcome).

Once again the atmosphere at the event was fantastic with thousands of people lining the Long Walk and around the Copper Horse giving great encouragement to all the runners.

I must say a special thank you to all the runners who, when asked to move over for the lead runners, did so without any fuss whatsoever – your good manners were very much appreciated by all.
