As we are constantly striving to make this course as runner friendly as we can, we have kept the running of the course in a clockwise direction. It will consist of one small lap of approximately 4 miles & a second large lap of approximately 7.5 miles with the start & finish of 1.5 miles on the Long Walk as in previous years.

Again we would ask all runners to be aware of the requests by Race Marshals to keep over to the right hand side of the road to enable the Race Cars and Race Leaders to come through. We have always found you to be extremely helpful when you have been asked to move over and we sincerely hope that you will cooperate again this year – thank you and please enjoy the day.
