I just wanted to thank you for an amazing experience yesterday. This was our first half marathon and it was a fantastic day. The course was stunning and the whole event was really well organised. We drove down from Scotland to take part and it was well worth it!!!
I just wanted to contact you after taking part in the 1/2 marathon yesterday. An amazing day 🙂 Thank you so much to everyone involved from marshals, spectators and other runners it was a brilliant experience and I felt very well organised. A beautiful park to run through and my family had a great time while waiting for me to finish. A great day was had by all (even if my hips and knees are not too happy today!)

It really was a great day and atmosphere was so friendly relaxed.
Congratulations to all the organizers, marshalls etc. How great to have the water stations this time. Certainly needed them given how warm (indeed hot at times !) it was (very thankful for intermittent shade of the Great Park oaks).
What a bonus having Chris Evans & his Radio 2 colleagues along !
They certainly helped to spur many of us on to even greater things!
